Stormy Daniels’s lawyer claims that Trump is in full on “panic mode” after he realized that he longtime personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, is in trouble.
“Mr. Trump realizes he’s in a lot of trouble, and he’s in panic mode,” Michael Avenatti stated on CNN.
“It is very clear to me, Jake, what is going on here is that Mr. Trump and the administration have concluded, what I have been saying for weeks, that Michael Cohen is in a lot of trouble and he is going to flip on the president,” Avenatti added.
“Wow!!! Things are getting so bad that AMI is now starting a campaign to undermine the credibility of Mr. Cohen,” tweeted Avenatti. “Why? Because they know what I have been saying for weeks – he will soon flip on Mr. Trump and they want to be able to claim he is lying when he does.”
He also tweeted the cover of the National Enquirer.

Donald Trump attacked the FBI after they raided the office of Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal lawyer, calling their action a “disgrace” and a “pure and simple witch hunt.”
“It’s a real disgrace,” Trump told reporters at the White House. “It’s an attack on our country in a true sense. It’s an attack on what we all stand for.”
The comments came after Michael Cohen’s attorney revealed that he had been subject to multiple search warrants and had records seized.
That’s right, even Trump’s lawyers have lawyers.
The attorney, Stephen Ryan, claimed that the federal prosecutors were acting on a “referral” from special counsel Robert Mueller.
Many speculated whether Trump would attempt to fire Mueller after the raids, a step that lawmakers in both parties have been strongly warning Trump not to take.
“We’ll see what happens. … Many people have said ‘you should fire him,’ ” Trump said when asked if he would fire Mueller. “Again, they found nothing and in finding nothing, that’s a big statement.”
“We’ve had [the investigation] hanging over us from the very, very beginning. And yet the other side, they’re not even looking. And the other side is where there are crimes, and those crimes are obvious.”
